By accessing and using ailearningclub.com ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AI Learning Club's Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

4. Limitations

In no event shall AI Learning Club or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AI Learning Club's Platform, even if AI Learning Club or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on AI Learning Club's Platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. AI Learning Club does not warrant that any of the materials on its Platform are accurate, complete, or current. AI Learning Club may make changes to the materials contained on its Platform at any time without notice.

AI Learning Club has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Platform and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by AI Learning Club of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

AI Learning Club may revise these terms of service for its Platform at any time without notice. By using this Platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

To access certain features, you must create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

9.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Spam or send unsolicited messages

Exception: You may download and use code examples for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

11. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (comments, code, feedback) to the Platform, you grant AI Learning Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google, AWS, and Amazon Bedrock. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or data practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Learning Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Learning Club, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the Platform.

15. Severability
